Set for Life
The building blocks to run your own training and food for the rest of your life. We give you a three-year plan to start from. What you leave with is the tools to carry yourself through any season: good days, hard days, rainy days, happy days.
Most plans end at week 8 or week 12, and then you’re on your own again. This one starts before any plan is written: your body is assessed by specialists first, we read every report, and only then do we build. It’s an involved process, on purpose. Nothing about it is guessed.
By Application
This is our most complete program. It starts with a short application and a Zoom call, so we can see if it’s the right fit and you can ask us anything. The investment is shared on the call.
A few places at a time, because every plan is built by hand from your own reports.
First, We Look at Everything
Before a single week is planned, you see the specialists who can tell us what’s really going on, near where you live. We give you the list and exactly what to ask each one for. You send us the reports, and we read every page.
- Physiotherapist: how your joints move, old injuries, anything to protect.
- Chiropractor: alignment and posture.
- Registered massage therapist: where you hold tension and what’s tight.
- Blood work through your doctor: the numbers behind your energy, recovery and food.
- A full muscle assessment: strength, balance and imbalances, side by side.
- A few personal-training sessions (recommended), so your form is checked in person before you run it yourself.
Anything a report flags for a doctor comes first. We wait for clearance, then we build.
Your Three Years, on One Line
A sample plan. Yours is set from your reports, your body, your goal and your calendar. The three years are your starting map, not a cage: the point is that you learn to plan the next phase yourself.
What You Leave With
- Your assessment, read as one picture: every specialist report and your blood work, brought together with your photos and your story, and what it all means for how you train and eat.
- Your three-year map: every phase in order (foundation, burn, hold, build, strength, maintenance) and why it comes when it does.
- Your starting line and your forecast: your numbers today and where we expect them to head, phase by phase. Clearly marked as estimates, shown as ranges.
- A toolkit for every phase: the training block, your calories and macros, a meal plan and grocery list on those numbers, and what to measure before you move on.
- The building blocks: how a phase is put together, so you can build your own for any season: an injury, a move, a new baby, a busy year, a big goal.
- Your team: the specialists you met, on one page, and when to go back to each.
- Your safety flags: anything that needs a professional, flagged before you start, with what to do and by when.

How It Works
Apply
About 10 minutes: your goal, what has knocked you off before, and what you’ve already had checked.
A Zoom Call
About 30 minutes. We listen, you ask anything, and we tell you honestly if this is the right fit. The investment is shared here.
Your Assessments
You see the specialists near you with our list in hand, and send us the reports. Then your full intake: photos, your week, your food and a health check.
We Build, Then You Start on a Sunday
Your plan, your Phase 1 toolkit and the building blocks, walked through with you. We always start on a Sunday.
Your photos and reports are private and stay between us. They’re only used to build your plan, and nothing is ever shared without your written yes.
Honest, Up Front
This isn’t a guarantee: life changes over 3 years. If something major changes, a phase may not apply. But we plan every stage so you have a projection and the tools for each phase.
The forecast is an estimate from your starting numbers and the research, shown as a range. Your own re-check at the end of every phase replaces it with the real thing.
You’re Not Alone While You Learn It
You leave able to run it yourself, but you don’t learn it alone. How we walk with you while you do is part of the program, and we go through it on the call.

Is This Right for You?
Yes, if you
- are tired of starting over every January
- want to know what this month is for, and the next one
- want the full picture of your body before anyone writes you a plan
- want to run your own plan for life, with the thinking taught to you
- train at the gym or at home, 3 to 5 days a week
Not yet, if you
- want 90 days one-on-one with Kamécha instead: light touch (The Relentless Experience) or fully immersive (The Relentless Exclusive)
- want to try a shorter plan first (start with the Body Blueprint)
- have a health condition that needs a doctor or dietitian to lead; we flag it and wait for them
For men and women. If you keep falling off and starting over, this is built for you.
Questions
What if my life changes?
It will. Your plan has a re-plan page: an injury, a move, a new baby, two months off. Each has its rule, and the dates shift while the order stays. If something major changes, a phase may not apply, and you always have the tools to pick up from where you are.
Why specialists first?
Because a plan is only as good as what it’s built on. A physio, a chiropractor, a massage therapist, your blood work and a full muscle assessment each see something the others don’t. We bring it all into one picture, so your plan fits the body you actually have.
How much is it?
The investment is shared on the Zoom call, after we know it’s the right fit for you.
What if I have an injury or a health condition?
Your safety flags page tells you before you start. Anything that needs a doctor or a physiotherapist is flagged with a date, and your plan works around what you can do safely.
Gym or home?
Either. Every phase is built for your equipment, and every move has a swap.
Before You Apply
Applying is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. Once you join, the program is non-refundable after work has started, because it is built by hand from your information. If a report or your health check says to see a doctor first, we hold your place until you have medical clearance. Specialists are independent professionals you choose near you; we read their reports, we don’t diagnose. Set for Life is general fitness and healthy-eating guidance for healthy adults, not medical advice and not medical nutrition therapy. Read the Terms of Sale & Refunds and the Health Note.
