Three a Day
At my lowest, I couldn't name one thing I was grateful for. My dad told me to write three a day, and that's where it started.
The Leap
I left pre-med to build something of my own. I trained clients from 2019, including retired pro and Olympic athletes. Then I stepped away on purpose to learn what I was missing: how to talk to people. I sold door to door across Canada for five years and knocked over 400 doors before my first yes.
The Notebook
For almost ten years I've studied the most successful people on the planet, across every field. They talk in riddles. I turn it into something simple you can actually follow, and I test it on myself first. One notebook carried me the whole way: train, get your mind right, fuel your body, take one action forward, cut what holds you back. It became a book, and I still use it every month.
Rich N Relentless
Riches is how you feel about yourself. I saw myself almost lose that, so I'll always be rich and relentless.
Rich · an abundance of good things in every area of your life. Relentless · showing up every single day, obsessed with the pursuit.
