What you are agreeing to when you buy from Six Figure Fit Academy, written plainly so you never have to guess.

Body Blueprint: Non-Refundable
The Body Blueprint is non-refundable once purchased. Your Blueprint is built by hand for your body, and the work starts the moment we receive your information. By buying, you confirm that you understand and agree to this. You are asked to confirm it again, by ticking a box, on the intake form.
If your health check says to see a doctor first: we hold your spot until you have medical clearance. You may be placed in the next available session, not necessarily the one you bought into.
Extraordinary circumstances: refunds are considered only in extraordinary circumstances, and only at our sole discretion. Email us (see below) and explain what happened.
Downloads
Digital products, like the 90 Day Level Up Planner and the guides, are ready right after payment and can't be returned. They are non-refundable once delivered.
Our Two Promises to You
The Work Promise
Do the work and you'll see the change. Every session, every week, for the full 8 weeks. That's the promise.
The Fit Promise
Your plan is built for your body, your days and your gym. If anything doesn't fit your life in week one (your schedule, your equipment, an injury), tell us and we adjust it.
ThetaHealing and Mindset Sessions
Sessions are paid in full when you book.
- Changing your time: give at least 24 hours' notice and the change is free.
- Changing inside 24 hours: if you still want to keep the session, a 50% rebooking fee applies. It is paid when you book the new time, before that session is delivered.
- No-shows and late cancellations: a no-show, or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, means the session fee is kept. To rebook, you pay again.
- If we need to move your session: If we ever need to move your session, we'll find a new time with you, and your session gets an extra 15 minutes on us: a quick check-in on where you're at, a short ThetaHealing, or a prayer together. No refunds.
Mistakes Are on Us
If you were charged twice, or charged for something you didn't order, we refund the mistake in full.
Your Rights
Nothing on this page takes away any right you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
How to Ask
Email Us
Write to sixfigurefitacademy@gmail.com with "Refund" in the subject, the email you paid with, and what you bought.
We Reply Within 24 Hours
Monday to Saturday.
Approved Refunds Go Back to Your Card
Refunds go through Stripe to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
