Who We Are

Six Figure Fit Academy Ltd. is founded and run by Kamécha Boudreau. Rich N Relentless is her signature. When these pages say "I", "we" or "us", they mean this business.

Who Can Buy

You must be 19 or older (the age of majority in New Brunswick), or 14 to 18 with a parent or guardian's consent, as the checkout asks. By buying, you confirm this, and that the information you give us is true.

What You're Buying

• Prices are in Canadian dollars and shown on each product page.
• Body Blueprint: your Blueprint, 8 weeks of training and a short video walkthrough arrive within 48 hours of your complete intake form (photos, answers and health check). If your health check asks you to get medical clearance first, the 48 hours start once you confirm it.
• Downloads (like the planner): your download is ready right after payment.
• Double R Sleep Affirmations: a monthly subscription with a 14-day free trial. Its rules are in their own section below.
• ThetaHealing and mindset sessions: paid in full at booking. You pick your time in Google Calendar, and we meet on Google Meet. Notice, no-show and rebooking rules are on the Terms of Sale & Refunds page.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Refunds

The Body Blueprint is non-refundable once purchased, and work starts the moment we receive your information. Refunds are considered only in extraordinary circumstances, at our sole discretion. Session and download rules are on the Terms of Sale & Refunds page, which is part of these terms.

Double R Sleep Affirmations Subscription

Audio tracks in Kamécha's voice, on a private listening page. $9.99 CAD a month, after a 14-day free trial.

Your free trial

• The trial is 14 days. A card is needed to start it.
• Cancel any time before day 14 ends and you are not charged.
• If you keep it, your first charge of $9.99 CAD happens on day 15.
• One free trial per person.

Renewal

After that, your subscription renews every month on the same date until you cancel. Each month is charged at the start of that month. If any sales tax applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cancel any time

Email sixfigurefitacademy@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel" and the email you signed up with. We confirm by email. Cancelling stops the next charge: it takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and you keep listening until then. If you cancel during the free trial, you are never charged.

Refunds

There are no refunds for part of a month, except where the law requires one. If you were charged by mistake, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

Price changes

If the monthly price ever changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can decide whether to stay.

These are spoken affirmations for relaxation and personal development. They are not medical advice and do not diagnose or treat any condition, including sleep problems. If you have ongoing trouble sleeping, talk to your doctor. Never listen while driving, operating anything, or anywhere you need to stay alert.

Just for you

One subscription is for one person. Your listening page and the tracks are for your personal use: please don't share your link, copy, download to share, post or resell them. We may end access that's being shared.

Your Health Comes First

Nothing on this site or in your plan is medical advice. You are responsible for your own health screening. We provide the PAR-Q+ as a tool; completing it, and getting medical clearance when it or your own judgment says you should, is your responsibility. We are not medical professionals. Exercise always carries some risk of injury. You choose how hard to push, and you accept that risk when you train with a plan from us, to the extent the law allows.

Kamécha is not a doctor, dietitian or psychologist and makes no medical claims. ThetaHealing® and mindset sessions, and the content on this site, are for education and personal development only. They are not diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional care. Never stop a medication or treatment because of a session.

You are responsible for your own choices and results after any mindset, ThetaHealing, food, supplement or training session or plan.

Results

Everybody is different. Results depend on how closely you follow the plan, your sleep, food, stress and health. We don't promise a specific result.

Your Plan Is for You

Your plan, the planner, the guides and everything on this site belong to Six Figure Fit Academy. They're for your personal use. Please don't copy, share, sell or post them.

Your Photos and Information

Your photos stay private and are never posted without your separate written consent. How we collect, store and protect your information is on the Privacy page.

Risk and Limits

To the extent the law allows, you take on the risks of exercise, food changes and personal-growth work that you choose to do, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing on this page limits our responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away any right you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Changes and the Law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you bought is the one that applies to your purchase.

These terms follow the laws of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada.
