Privacy
You trust us with your body, your health and your goals. Here's exactly what we collect, why, where it lives and how you stay in control.
Last updated October 28, 2026.
Who Is Responsible
Six Figure Fit Academy is the business name of Kamécha Boudreau, a sole proprietor in New Brunswick, Canada. She is responsible for your personal information and is the person to contact about it: sixfigurefitacademy@gmail.com.
We follow Canada's federal privacy law for businesses, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What We Collect
- Contact details: your name, email, and the Gmail address you want your Google Sheet shared with.
- Your age and confirmation that you're 18 or older.
- Your answers: your goals, how often and where you train, your equipment, injuries, and what's knocked you off before.
- Health information: your answers to the health check (heart, chest pain, dizziness, ongoing conditions, medication, bones and joints, medical supervision).
- Progress photos: the 4 photos you send (front, back, left side and right side), and any later check-in photos.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, what you bought and the amount, but never your full card number.
- Messages and bookings: emails you send us, and the time you book through Google Calendar.
- Short forms and applications: if you join a waitlist or apply for coaching or the private program, your name, email and the answers you give (for example your goal, your training history and anything you tell us about injuries). Application answers are used only to review your application and contact you.
- The free guide and email list: if you sign up for the free guide, your first name, email, the date and the exact wording of the box you ticked (so we can show you said yes).
- Website visits: basic visit statistics (like pages viewed and device type) through Metricool, and small settings saved in your own browser (like whether you've already seen the welcome message). Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only if you say yes (see What This Site Measures).
What This Site Measures
- Metricool: basic visit counts, like how many people visited and which pages they opened.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: only if you tap "Accept" on the cookie notice. They show which pages you view, what you click, how far you scroll and your device type. Clarity may also record anonymized sessions (a replay of how the page was used), with anything you type into forms hidden.
We use this only to see what's helpful and make the site better. No ads are run on this site, and nothing is used to follow you around the web.
Change your choice any time: tap "Cookie choices" at the bottom of the page, or clear this site's data in your browser and you'll be asked again.
Why We Collect It
- To build your Blueprint and training plan, and to see your progress.
- To keep you safe: the health check tells us when you need a doctor's okay first.
- To take payment, deliver what you bought and reply to you.
- To send you what you asked for, like a waitlist update.
- To send the free guide and occasional emails, only if you ticked the box to say yes. Every email says who it's from and how to unsubscribe, and we stop as soon as you ask (within 10 business days at the latest, as Canada's anti-spam law requires).
- To understand which pages help people, so the site gets better.
We only use your information for these reasons. We never sell it, and we don't send marketing emails without your yes.
Your Consent
Health information and photos are sensitive, so we ask for your express consent before collecting them. On the intake form, you tick a box to agree, and nothing is ticked for you.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. If you do, we stop using that information. We may not be able to keep building your plan without it, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
Your Photos
Your photos are private. They're used only to build your plan and track your progress. They are never posted, shared or used in marketing unless you give separate written consent for that specific photo and use.
Ticking the box on the intake form is not that consent. A separate, written yes is always needed, and you can say no without it changing anything about your plan.
Where It's Stored
- Netlify: hosts this website and receives the forms you send, including your intake answers and photos.
- Google: Drive and Sheets (your plan, photos and progress), Gmail (emails), and Calendar and Meet (bookings and sessions).
- Stripe: processes payments.
- Anthropic (Claude): an AI assistant we use to help organize your answers and draft your Blueprint and plan. Kamécha reviews every plan herself before it reaches you.
- Metricool: basic website visit statistics.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: website visit statistics, only if you accept them.
These companies may store information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it's there, it's subject to the laws of that country, and its courts or authorities may be able to access it.
How It's Protected
Only Kamécha sees your photos and health answers. They're kept in private folders on accounts protected by strong passwords and two-step login. If a breach ever creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we'll tell you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as the law requires.
How Long We Keep It
We keep them. If you ever decide to come back, we'll have a place where you left off, and we'll refresh your photos and answers, because a lot changes. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see below). Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
See, Fix or Delete Your Information
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email sixfigurefitacademy@gmail.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we'll answer within 30 days, free of charge.
If we can't delete something (for example, a payment record the law says we must keep), we'll tell you why.
Not happy with our answer? You can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Under 18
Our programs are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll ask you first.
